Mary Holmes was recruited Claire Lindstrom. She and Claire worked together at Chippewa Valley Technical College. She and her  husband, JD installed solar panels on their home in 2021. She recently retired from Chippewa Valley Technical College and many years ago, she retired after 20 year career in the US Navy.

Mary has a passion for saving the environment. She’s traveled extensively and has seen areas suffering from global warming. Weather extremes, glaciers receding in Iceland and in Alaska and the damage with items that are not recycled. She believes promoting renewable energy is a fantastic cause. She would like to make the world a better place for her children and grandchildren.
